Our couples therapies can be added to your retreat to give you a wellness break where you can reconnect and just be together.

If you and your partner are like passing ships and need to hit pause on the stress and chaos then some restorative couples time might just be the tonic.

 

Stress can blow out that spark and sometimes date night just doesn’t cut it and you need some serious together TLC to reconnect.

We believe in enhancing relationships. There doesn’t need to be a major problem in your relationship to benefit hugely from a better connection, a better understanding of one another and better communication.

 

Our Love Empowerment workshop is aimed at enhancing your relationship and understanding of one another. Sarah creates a great atmosphere so you feel comfortable and have a great time, learning things that will inevitably improve your relationship. Stress is chronic! A real societal issue nowadays, often with no real solution. Many of us feel trapped in daily life with a distinct lack of balance resulting in sapped energy levels and emotional instability. 

 

Our therapists specialise in both 1:1 counselling sessions and group workshops.

Your retreat planner can discuss your needs and arrange the best practitioner to deliver the most useful stress management techniques that you can implement into your life moving forwards.

A lack of motivation is mentioned most commonly to us as a reason for struggling with both physical and mental well-being.

Our life coaches are experts in inspiring long lasting motivation and can deliver 1:1 life coaching sessions or group workshops on your retreat 

Therapy session

habits and mindset

To create a long term lifestyle change, your underlying (often deeply ingrained!) habits and mindset need acknowledging and working on. 

​

Quick fixes often leave us with very short lived, underwhelming results. Our therapists and practitioners are passionate about educating and inspiring long term, sustainable improvement to well-being. 

​

Your well-being practitioner will help you with your long term needs and can create a package to continue ongoing support after your retreat.

relationship
counselling

Our lovely counsellor, Sarah, can offer relationship counselling packages if you need help overcoming issues within your relationship or if you are simply looking to strengthen your connection and communication. Sarah creates a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore and enhance your relationship. Adding this package onto your retreat will give you 6 counselling sessions; the first will take place face to face during your retreat weekend and the remaining sessions will be delivered post retreat over a 6 – 12 week period that suits your circumstances.
