your retreat Journey

This retreat follows a clear structure across six days, combining therapeutic work, clinical optimisation, movement, and empowerment experiences. Each day is designed to balance guided sessions with space to rest and integrate.

Arrival & Orientation

You’ll arrive on Sunday evening and be welcomed into the retreat space. After settling into your room, we gather for a shared evening meal followed by an opening circle.

During this first evening, we outline how the retreat will run, what support is available, and what to expect over the coming days. There is no intensive work on arrival — this time is about settling in, grounding, and preparing for the work ahead.

Therapeutic & Clinical Work

Across the core days of the retreat, you’ll take part in a structured programme of therapies and health-focused experiences. These may include:

  • Breathwork sessions, including DMT release breathwork

  • Healing From Within workshops focused on stress, habits, and identity

  • Health assessments and blood testing

  • IV infusion therapy

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions

  • Float therapy and sensory deprivation

  • NeuroVizr light and sound therapy

  • Colonic irrigation and gut health support

  • One-to-one consultations with a GP or ACP to review results

  • Body-based therapies such as acupuncture, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki

These sessions are scheduled thoughtfully throughout the retreat so the body and nervous system are supported rather than overloaded.

Movement & Regulation

Most mornings begin with gentle movement such as yoga or Tai Chi, helping to regulate the nervous system, improve mobility, and prepare the body for the day ahead.

Ice bath sessions are included on alternating days and are introduced progressively, with guidance and support. Participation is always optional.

Workshops and empowerement

Alongside the therapeutic work, you’ll take part in workshops and group sessions designed to build clarity, confidence, and personal agency. These include:

  • Educational workshops on longevity, health optimisation, and stress physiology

  • Guided reflection and integration sessions

  • An empowerment talk focused on boundaries, mindset, and resilience

  • Experiential challenges such as fire walking, bar bending, and arrow breaking

 

These experiences are designed to be practical, grounded, and confidence-building rather than performative.

Integration & Closing

As the retreat comes to an end, the pace slows. Final therapy sessions and reflective practices help integrate what you’ve experienced, with guidance on how to carry the benefits into everyday life.

We close with a final group circle, outlining next steps, aftercare recommendations, and personal commitments before departure.

Guides, healers, and space-holders devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves.

After years of living in the fast lane serving in the RAF, running multiple businesses, and raising a large family, we both reached a point where success no longer felt fulfilling. Life was busy, but not balanced.

When illness and burnout forced us to slow down, we began a deeper journey of healing, rediscovering what truly matters: peace, presence, and purpose. From that turning point, Tranquil Waters Retreat was born.

Today, we hold space for others to experience that same shift to pause, release, and reconnect with who they really are. Our mission is simple: to help you return home to yourself, lighter, calmer, and more alive than ever.

We’ll be there to welcome you personally, holding space for your healing, guiding you gently through the journey, and reminding you that peace was always within reach.
