1:1 Personal Training
Work with our highly skilled and experienced coaches to help you on your journey to better health and fitness.

With a passion for educating and inspiring our clients, your coach will work closely with you to deliver impressive face-to-face coaching sessions and give you a wealth of tools to continue your fitness journey after your retreat.

Our float tank and the impressive relaxation that brings (along with soothing very sore muscles!) is our most popular therapy.

Online Coaching
We're passionate about helping our clients achieve long-term, sustainable lifestyle change. To do this, we offer ongoing support if you're looking for a longer-term option to your transformation.

If you're local to us, we can look at personal training memberships with us at Fortis Premier Fitness Club after your retreat. Even if you're based further afield, we can still help – we offer specialist online coaching to keep you accountable and motivated as you pursue your goals.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Our Fitness Club offers weekday semi-private PT coaching sessions which are available for you to book during your retreat stay.
​
With ultimate flexibility, these sessions can easily fit into your retreat schedule. Sessions run from 6.30am - 10.30am and 4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.

Yoga & Pilates
Yoga can be a wonderful and valuable addition to a fitness programme, paying attention to mobility and flexibility and essentially improving performance.

We have a range of yoga and pilates instructors with different specialisms and focus.

Coaching and Education
Our coaching team is made up of highly experienced, qualified and skilled personal trainers with a range of specialisms. The training on our retreat is individually programmed to meet your specific needs and goals; when booking PT you will be coached throughout your stay in a progressive way to ensure you see and feel results. If you book a full week, your daily training sessions will be varied and fun, learning and improving technique and form throughout the week. Our aim is to teach you more about training so that you can continue your fitness transformation journey after the retreat. Our coaches will discuss a game plan with you so you leave the retreat week armed with everything you need for an incredibly successful transformation.
