When did meditating, sound baths, reiki become weird and wonderful?


When did society start thinking alcohol (technically poison) was the go-to thing after having a stressed-out day?


Society wants to keep us dumbed down and depressed, because a happy, healed population is more likely to object to the way we live. The 9–5, paying taxes, drinking, spending money on luxury stuff we don't need because that's what we're told makes us "happy"?


We are literally enslaved into a system of distraction and depression.


Alcohol, we're told, is okay and perfectly legal... but why? Of all the substances on the planet, alcohol is legal? It makes us angry, depressed, dumbed down, addicted, and it pushes you further away from your true sense of identity.


People are waking up, sales of alcohol are right down... people are naturally choosing a "better" path that makes them start feeling better.


Have you noticed that where people are "waking up", bad news, taxes, war etc. are doubling down and increasing? Does it come as a surprise to you that the people at the top want us to be compliant and divided? Because together, we wouldn't put up with this way of life anymore?


If you were born into this world today and I said to you...


The population is split down the middle, on one side of the world:


We drink this poison at many opportunities, which makes you depressed. We take loans and go into debt to buy shiny stuff, we gamble our money to hopefully make more money, but the odds are we lose... we work 9–5, pay a load of taxes, and we're so burnt out we can't enjoy time with the family.


Parallel world:

We do things to make us feel good, like meditation, sound baths, breathwork etc. Nobody cares what one another thinks, and we buy what is practical and comfortable. We work fewer hours because we don't need more "stuff", and we have more time to spend with the family. We're more present and happy. We live in community and we all look after one another.


Society and conditioning steer us into doing the first, yet... it really doesn't make sense, does it?

Why are we doing this? What habits do you have that aren't actually aligned with how you want to feel?
