It was great to host the team from Apprenticeship Connect here at Tranquil Waters for their corporate retreat.
Across their stay, we guided them through Shakti mat affirmations, arrow breaking, yoga, a sound bath, and a practical workshop on stress, creativity, empowerment, and the subconscious mind — helping bring awareness to the thoughts and habits that shape our daily lives and success.
